I'm an retired internationally ranked Gymnast turned Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) / Strength coach. I help people from high level athletes to your everyday fitness enthusiast who are looking to take there fitness to the next level but just don't know how.

One year ago, I dislocated my shoulder in a bouldering accident. Shortly after getting out of the arm sling, I came to Damien to rehab my shoulder and learn some callisthenics/gymnastics skills – before that, I had no fitness training experience. Through in-person coaching and individualized programming, Damien helped me recover full mobility in my shoulder, and in just a few months, I achieved my first press to handstand, ring muscle-up, and 10-second tuck planche. Now with his mentoring, I'm refining my freestanding handstand push-up and working towards a straddle planche. Damien’s knowledge of FRC and expertise on how to effectively train mobility & strength for the entire body is top-notch.
